• What's included All necessary equipment is provided. First Shot instruction includes training in Kyudo's Seven Coordinations (Shichi-do), the basic form for aligning the body and properly releasing the arrow. On the first day, students learn the basics of the form by repeating each step with instructor help. On the second day, students review Shichi-do and shoot two arrows at a makiwara.
